Unlike many other workout programs, the essence of Pilates is a mobile spine, connected to a strong core, supple and healthy joints, though specific movements.

We take spacial care to ensure our classes are dynamic, holistic and always engaging. Self Massage & Myofascial Release
Whether you're a runner, professional couch-potato, dancer, champion knitter or weed-pulling enthusiast. Pilates Release is a self-care, self-massage Myofascial movement class. Incorporating familiar yoga and Pilates moves with self-massage techniques to structurally integrate, re-align and heal the body. Give it a try you'll feel 'fluffy".
Pre and Postnatal Class
Spend some quality time with your body. At Umoya we believe that exercise is crucial for a healthy pregnancy and safe delivery. Considering this is possibly the most challenging thing you will ever do, it's good to be prepared. We take you through correct breathing, gorgeous stretches and techniques that will serve you well into motherhood. You can attend class from inception right up until your due date. The class will vary using small apparatus as well as the reformer, to ensure a safe but beneficial workout.
The most chill barre class in town. this is about exploring movement while still challenging the body and mind.
Bring Pilates to an upright position with the elegance and flow of a dance class.
This class is suitable for the experienced dancer to those with 2 left feet, it about enjoying a movement flow, training postural muscles and having fun!

Designed to get blood flowing, energise and lengthen stiff, strong and over-worked muscles. Based in contemporary dance, yoga and callisthenics this class will get into all the tight tension holding muscles. It’s beautiful dynamic.
