I'VE NEVER DONE PILATES BEFORE: We created this 30 min ONE2ONE private session to get you going. In this session your instructor will take you through the basics,  we'll take you for a spin on the reformer, answer any questions and asses your next step. 

I'Ve DONE PILATES BEFORE:

Whether, you'd like to simply refresh your knowledge or just get better acquainted with the Studio the ONE2ONE Essentials is open to all. In the 30 minute session we can address any questions or concerns about your body, your practice, your health.

reformer vs. Matwork?

Reformer is fun! Using weights and pulley's can make for a fun and challenging workout. This apparatus also assists in making some movements more accessible, a little deeper and helps to create a flowing, dynamic and challenging workout.

You can manage your entire schedule on the MindBody app. You can cancel at no charge up to 8hrs prior to class commencement. 

Go home and relax! The first 15 mins of your workout are essential to getting your body and mind ready for the best experience.

Clean grip socks, a towel, water, curiosity and a smile!

Reserve a spot in a full class. If a space becomes available, it's yours! If you're on the waitlist act as if you are coming to class as you may be contacted up to an hour prior to class commencement.
